At FASTY, we use woven belts made of High Tenacity PolyPropylene (HT PP) in our products. In a few cases we also use Polyester.
The advantages of HT PP are many, foremost amongst them are:
Extreme durability
UV resistance (KLYS 150)
Very high colour-fastness, as the belts are woven in the correct colour from the start. In other words, no dyeing is done later (as is usually the case with polyester)
Greater resistance to moisture than polyester belts
Meet requirements for VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds)
Our PES (Polyester) and PP (Polypropylene) straps are both 100% recyclable.
