Safe, simple, fast and personal
When you shop at you can feel safe and secure. You receive personal service and assistance from our support, phone. +46 371-170 80 – Monday to Thursday between 7.30 and 16.00. Friday between 7.30 and 15.00. You must be 18 years old to shop at our website.

The products you can buy on the website have a clear shopping button. If the product is available on stock it is our goal to normally deliver as follows after received order confirmation:
DHL Economy Select (2-6 days all over Europe)
DHL Express (1-2 days all over Europe)
The freight cost for each country is added separately in the shopping cart. The products are sold DAP. This means that eventual VAT and customs declaration are to be paid by the buyer (valid for countries outside the European community).

If we cannot deliver within confirmed delivery time, you will always be informed about this and you will be notified of a new delivery date. Should you not accept the new delivery time, you are entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost. We do not apply partial deliveries.

However, delivery time may vary depending on the amount of orders to dispatch and any other circumstances that Fasty AB cannot control.
When the order is sent from us and ready for delivery you will get an e-mail or SMS message which informs you about the estimated delivery date.

FASTY send all deliveries with DHL AB. If the product is damaged or gets lost during the delivery to the customer, FASTY is responsible for payment. The customer must, however, inform our customer service within a reasonable time (within 2 months). If the product is damaged or gets lost when you return it, you are responsible for payment.

Cancellation / Return
For all non-downloadable packages, a fee of SEK. 350,-/EUR. 35,- will be charged. The fee corresponds to the cost of return and handling costs. If you regret the purchase when the package has been sent from us, you will need to pick up the package at your place of delivery and return it to us. If the package is not retrieved, it will be automatically registered as unpaid and charged accordingly.

Order confirmation
Order confirmation is sent by e-mail latest the day after received order.

Price and payment
Prices are inclusive local VAT and are payable in the currency indicated at the web shop. For non-EU customers additional VAT, duties and other charges that may arise from your local customs authority, is added upon importation.

Unless otherwise stated, we provide 1-year warranty against fabrication defects. Any claims must be made in writing to us and within a reasonable time of receipt. Otherwise we follow the recommendations and decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Cancel policy
According to the Distance selling regulation you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. All claims must be submitted in writing to us, stated with date of purchase.
In order to be able to regret your purchase, the goods must be returned to us unused, not damaged and well packed in original packaging. You as a customer are responsible for the return (both freight cost and eventual transport damage).

Provided you have notified a cancellation right at within 14 days of the product received and the product has been returned unused and returned within a reasonable period of time and under the above terms, we will refund the full amount of the product, excluding freight costs and any other charges to you within 14 business days.

We reserve for possible publication errors in all parts of the web shop. We also reserve the right to modify design and/or changes in our product range without prior notice.
In case the product will be sold out at stated price or because a product has been deleted from the assortment, we have the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid. We will also notify the customer if replacement or equal product is available. Keep in mind that colors may appear slightly differently on a monitor than in reality.
