We have now installed a new fully automated sewing machine that makes our production even more flexible, efficient and quality-assured.

The machine automatically cuts the webbing to the correct length, sews on both the buckle and ring, and can roll up and bundle the finished product using custom-branded bundling tape. Each product can also be supplied with a label and instruction manual – all integrated directly into the production process.

This investment is a natural step in our continuous development. Increased automation enables us to offer shorter lead times, greater flexibility and even better opportunities to customize our products according to each customer’s specific requirements.
